Information in your meeting enquiry

Your name, company, email address, service preference and message are used to review your enquiry and contact you. The information you enter is delivered to info@korvuslab.com through the email delivery provider Resend. Please avoid adding unnecessary identity, health, payment or other sensitive information.

Our retention policy

Our retention period for closed meeting enquiries that do not result in a contract is six months from closure. Expired records are reviewed and deleted from the mailbox and relevant archives. Contract records and documents that must be retained for a legal obligation or dispute are considered separately.

Service providers

The website uses ChatGPT Sites / Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and security, and Resend and company email services for message delivery. These services may process data on infrastructure outside Türkiye. You can consult the provider information below or contact us about their data processing practices.

Visitor measurement

Google Analytics loads only with the visitor’s permission. Form names, companies, emails and messages are not included in measurement events. Measurement covers page visits and meeting enquiries accepted by the delivery service.

We may need further information to verify your identity and handle the request securely; do not attach identity documents to your initial email.
